Rates & Other Information

Important Information

We always like to have an initial ‘meet and greet’ which consists of a single day of care. Where required, a 24-hour period may also be necessary for newcomers. It gives your dog a chance to come and check us (and our home) out before they come and stay and for us to ensure they feel relaxed and comfortable in our environment. Before any boarding period, at a minimum, we require a single day in our doggie day care. We have found that it makes the transition for dogs being away home much easier.

Our Current Rates

  • Day care – 15€ per dog
  • Boarding – 22€ per dog
  • Assisting with some puppy socialisation – starting from €7.50 for up to 4 hours
Drop off / Collection times

Drop off time for boarders is 5.00pm

Collection times are 10.00am or 10.30am with a time-allocated slot

Food

To maintain consistency with dietary requirements, we do not provide food but ask that you bring enough to cover your dog’s stay and a little extra – in case of extended stays.

We ask that you provide us with the volume/weight or other measuring procedure for your dog’s food. For example, a puppy or young adult may need three meals a day or for older dogs, smaller meals.

We are also experienced in handling raw/BARF food, if required.

If you have particular type of food bowl, for instance, a slow-feeder that you wish us to use, please bring that with you. Otherwise, we provide standard food bowls.

A supply of fresh water is provided both indoors and outdoors.

Bedding

Unless you specifically wish your dog to use their own bed, it is not necessary to bring one with you. We provide all our boarders with a soft, comfortable duvet and cover – five star luxury!

Walks

Physical exercise varies from dog to dog and so we work with you to understand each specific requirement.

Although we have several harnesses and extending leads, if used, it is helpful if you can bring yours along with you.

Vet

Vet trips are charged at 20€ per visit. We have two vets available and would use either one, depending on the circumstance for the visit. (Further details can be provided upon request)

Treats

Bedtime biscuits are standard routine (unless otherwise advised)!

Crates

Love them or loathe them, we have 4 crates available for use – mini, small, medium, large – if this is where your dog sleeps at night and you wish to maintain consistency.

Sofa Surfer (or Not)

Some owners do not mind their dogs cuddling up on the sofa, others do not. Either way, let us know your preference and we will stick to it.
