Identification and Vaccinations
We can only board dogs which have identification in the form of a microchip or tattoo.
Vaccinations against Distemper, Hepetitis, Leptosporosis, Parvovirus, as well as any others recommended by your vet, must be up to date at the time of drop off.
Identification papers (I-CAD, Petlog or similar for UK registered pets), health card (Carnet de Santé) and Pet Passport (if applicable) must be provided at the time of drop off. We will hold these documents for the duration of your pet’s stay.
In South West France, the tick borne disease has many different names, for example, Babesiosis, Piroplasmosis and Tick Fever. It is vital that your pooch is up to date with their tick and flea prevention. There are a range of available treatments, and your registered vet will be able to recommend the best one for your dog. All tick and flea treatments must be current at the time of drop off.
We do not accept liability for any disease or illness your dog/s may suffer during their stay from any non-vaccination.

Health / Welfare
All boarders must be generally fit and healthy. Although we are happy to administer pills, eye/ear drops, creams, flea/tick treatments., we cannot accept dogs with recent wounds, bandages or stitches, as we are not qualified to give the veterninary attention these require.
In event of illness, injury or anything else requiring veterinary assistance, we will contact you immediately. If necessary, we will arrange to take your dog/s to one of our local vets. We have two available and will use either, depending on the individual situation/needs.
Any vet consultation/s, cost of any treatment/medication and our charge, are at your expense and payable on collection of your dog/s. We cannot accept responsibility for your pet becoming lost, ill or dying, during their stay. All dogs are left with us entirely at the owner’s risk. We will ensure your dog’s well-being is our utmost priority at all times.

You must have civil liability insurance for your pet. Owners remain entirely responsible for any damage caused by their dog/s to personal or other items throughout the boarding period. Exceptions only in the case of a serious misconduct recognised by us.
Escape Artists!
