Rural Bliss for your precious pooch!
Our Welshie has just returned from his third stay with Steffie at Doggie Faire BnB and once again has had a wonderful time. The location as well as the welcome is wonderful and is also excellent value for money! Steffi runs a first class business in the heart of the countryside providing excellent walks and accommodation…..she also provides a very funny series of canine related cartoons on her Facebook site.
If you need any advice on training, nutrition or general doggy care Steffie is the ‘go to’ person for the answers you need!

I would recommend Steffie to anyone who loves their dog and wants them to be in a home from home while they’re away.
Steffie is calm and kind and clearly loves the dogs she takes care of. She is professional and organised. Nothing was too much trouble, she was friendly and flexible.
But the best thing I can say is that when we picked up our Jim after our holiday, he was relaxed and happy. As soon as we got home, he was back in his routine without any fuss…none of the cold shoulder we’ve experienced before! 😂
He had clearly had a lovely time. Thank you Steffie…we’ll be back! 😂🥰

When we adopted a deaf 4 year old English setter 2 years ago, our biggest concern was what would we do if we wanted to go away. We tried a couple of kennels but good as they were our dog was always so stressed at being there. Something in his past means he hates being “caged”.
Then a friend recommended Doggie Faire BnB and we haven’t looked back since. Norton loves being with the other dogs in a “home from home” setting. And whilst he’s happy to see us when we collect him he is obviously also very happy in Steffie’s excellent care.
In fact he is totally spoilt when he’s there!

We feel so lucky to have found Doggie Faire BnB. From our initial contact with Steffie we knew we would feel confident in her looking after our puppy.
Steffie is professional caring and committed to looking after the dogs in her care treating them as her own.We felt very comfortable leaving our puppy Rèmy for his first time away from us.
Remy did a half day visit and then an overnight stay as an introduction and on collecting him both times he was relaxed and we could tell he had enjoyed his time with Steffie and the other dogs.
Steffie sent us updates, a photo and a video whilst Rèmy was staying with her.
Doggie Faire is a true gem.
I was so pleased to find a place where I could leave my precious fur baby in a home environment, rather than standard type boarding kennels. Steffie is wonderful, she truly cares about all the dogs who board and they have a great time. I had regular updates and pictures and Teddy was very settled and happy.
I have no hesitation in recommending Doggie Faire as a place where your dog will be safe, happy and cared for. A home from home with comfy sofas and regular walks.

You can tell Steffie is a very caring, motivated person, who is committed to looking after your dog. She’s obviously spent a lot of time and effort setting up her business in a very professional way.
The dogs sleep together in a dorm style room inside the house, have their own food (whatever speciality), endless play in a safe enclosed garden, plus woodland walks. Lots of cuddles, grooming and the odd doggie treat. Paradise for dogs.
When we collected Lily from Steffie at Doggie Faire B&B you could tell she’d had a great time. Although happy to see us, she was relaxed and wanting to show off her new friends and toys.
The house is in a quiet calm area, with no barking or stressed dogs Steffie treats her boarders as her own, with all the home comforts you would wish for your dog.
I can’t rate Steffie highly enough for her fantastic dog boarding services.
We have 2 dogs and I have never found a french service that I would entrust them to until Steffie set up. Professional and caring from the first contact, Steffie met our dogs beforehand so that they could get to know her and her lovely home.
She also provided us with a form to complete covering everything she would need to know, from feeding routines to quirky nicknames!
Throughout their stay, Steffie sent us updates and photos so that we could enjoy our break, safe in the knowledge that our dogs were being well cared for. Our eldest dog is very frail and has lots of needs but nothing was too much trouble for Steffie. If you love your dogs like we do and can’t bear the thought of leaving them behind, don’t hesitate to use Doggie Faire BnB, they’ll be in safe hands!
